- Find a physical activity you enjoy the most and practice it regularly. Do not worry if your time doesn’t permit you now and then. The very thought of not being able to accomplish can become a STRESS factor. Upon performing the activity after few days, do observe your body and notice how you feel in terms of your overall energy levels throughout the day (if you feel quite energetic or you feel tired/weak), sleep pattern, mood. If you notice you’re tired/weak/have discomfort in your body, reduce your timespan on the work and observe the differences.
- Same’s the case with foods when you adopt anything new to your diet – observe how your body responds to it in terms of your energy levels/sleep/mood/bowel movements etc.
- The KEY is to add one thing at a time to your diet and observe how your body is responding to it. vIf possible, meditate, chant or pray daily.
- Find work that you love or love whatever work you do for a healthy state of mind/body.
