Pranayama/Acupressure/Mudras – Enhanced flow of oxygen/blood         
supply to our cells

  • Pranayama – practicing certain Pranayamas can help improve the increase of oxygen/blood supply to various organs of our body and also can have a calming effect on our mind and reduce stress.
  • Also, while practicing Acupressure/Mudras – do breathe in & out consciously with eyes closed drawing all your energies/pranas inwards and with an intent.
  • When you do any of these – Acupressure, Pranayama, Mudras, Chanting or as a matter of fact anything – try doing it “Kaaya-Vaacha-Manasa” (Tann/Mann/Dhann) with utmost devotion with an intent/affirmation that what you’re doing is truly helping you get better. Involving your consciousness and doing it takes us to a very different level.
