Why and how to Detox our Body –

WHY –

  • To get rid of unwanted/accumulated waste/toxins, parasites, candida, viruses, bacteria in our body that’s causing stress to our overall health.
  • In order to let the nutrition we’re consuming be absorbed into our blood stream so that our trillion+  cells get nourished with the nutrients and oxygen. Let’s understand this fact that our immunity wouldn’t change overnight. Usually our blood takes at least 3 months to transform and change if we adopt anything new into our diet/system. As we have to get started somewhere at some point, now is the time. If you’ve been doing certain things for a longer period of time and haven’t noticed any change in your immunity levels, it means that the method isn’t working for you or further levels of detoxification have to be adopted. So, please look for alternative sources for further detoxifying.
  • As we age, our organ’s functionality slowly starts ceasing due to decrease in energy at the cellular level. In order to help improve/enhance our immunity, we need to detox the body and the mind through various ways – Acupressure, Pranayama, Mudras, Meditation, Food, Steaming etc.
